具体分析：
B1：有帮助贫穷国家的责任。1.大多数贫穷国家疾病比较多（especiallyinfectiousdiseasesuchasEbolavirus，difficulttobecuredwithlimitedmedicalconditions），且经济和技术能力有限，无法满足当地庞大的药物需求量（unabletomeetthehugedrugrequirementinlocalcountries）。医药公司本身也是要做研发和试验（researchinganddoingexperiment），完全可以将对象转向这些国家，达到双赢效果（win-winresult）。
2.疾病也会有传染到其他国家的可能，帮助他们也是规避风险。
B2：但，挣钱仍是医药公司的主要责任。1.作为企业，只有有了盈利（profit-makingenterprises），公司才能正常运营下去，完成企业对员工的责任（accountabilitytowardsthestaff）；而在正常运营下，才可以花更多人力物力财力（attention，financialassistance）在社会责任上。
